Wome returns to SuperSport
- Updated: July 21, 2017

SuperSport United attacker Dove Wome has returned to the club, following the expiration of his loan deal with Orlando Pirates.
New SuperSport coach Eric Tinkler confirmed earlier this month that they had been in negotiations with the Soweto giants, as Pirates were keen on securing the Togolese man’s services on a permanent basis.
However, Wome’s agent Michael Ngobeni has revealed that the 26-year-old will remain at Matsatsantsa, unless there’s a change of heart from the two parties.
Eric Tinkler confirmed earlier this month that they were in talks with the Sea Robbers over the sale of Wome.
“He’s back at SuperSport, as you know he’s still contracted to them,” Ngobeni told Goal.
“He’s going to fight for his place unless something happens [in the next few weeks],” he concluded.
Wome made 17 appearances for Pirates in all competitions, netting four goals in the process.
