Ronaldo, who secured an incredible ninth trophy in just over a year, was vocal in the club’s celebrations at the Santiago Bernabeu as the players paraded the club’s 12th European triumph.
Adamant that Ronaldo would secure another Ballon d’Or, fans of Los Blancos in attendance at the Bernabeu started chanting ‘Balón de Oro, Cristiano Balon de Oro, Balón de Oro, suggesting that the 32-year-old is due for his fifth Ballon d’Or award.
